Dancer's Stretch: Zeroing in on Top-Foot Flexibility

This stretch ranks among the most intensive for dancers' feet. If you're a beginner, gradually progress to this level. It's advised to use a mat or towel for added cushioning. Begin by sitting on your knees, ensuring both feet are beneath you and fully flattened. Gradually lean back, placing your hands behind for support, and gently rock onto your feet. Aim to keep your ankles tight, heels united, and weight on the big toe. The stretch's sensation should be dominant on the foot's top.
