In this tutorial, Kallie Miller showcases a tabletop touchdown pom drill. Begin with your arms positioned in a shelf. Immediately extend them upwards into a touchdown. Transition from the touchdown to a half T, and then extend to a full T. Proceed by moving your arms to a low V, transition to a circle-o, swing them up to a high V, and conclude with hands on your waist. Initiate the drill at a slow pace and gradually increase the tempo as you become comfortable.
