An hour-long yoga flow session, often called Vinyasa, intertwines breath with movement. Beginning with a centering phase, participants transition into warming up with gentle stretches, followed by dynamic Sun Salutations. The session progresses through standing and balancing poses, core work, and floor-based sequences, including inversions. It culminates in a restorative Savasana, allowing for deep relaxation. Closing moments invite reflection, gratitude, and grounding. The emphasis throughout is on mindfulness, fluid transitions, and accommodating all skill levels. Ambient music often enhances the experience.
