Dancing the Degage: Barre Magic with Heels, Toes, and Twists!

 

Master the right technique for a degage combination at the barre. Starting in fifth position, perform 8 degages, moving front, side, back, then side again. Every 4 degages, reverse your arm's direction. Emphasize leading with the heel, toe engagement with the floor, a sturdy torso, and an elevated chest.
