How to do Petite Battement

 

In this barre exercise led by ballet expert Elizabeth Quinn Welch, you'll enhance foot agility and upper body stability with petite battements. Starting in a tondue position, you'll perform a front-to-back coupe sequence, double-time it, and finish with a plie and sus-sous balance. Maintaining knee and hip stability while engaging the upper body is key for this beneficial routine.
