This floorwork-focused combination is led by dance expert, Grace Gilbertson. Starting on your right foot, you'll transition to your knee, then circle your legs while on your hands. You'll push up to open your chest, execute a battement on your knee, then step and reach forward. Following a backward roll, you'll walk out to a plank and bring your right foot through. Finish with leg crosses, straightening up, and a toe rise to stand. The sequence is designed to be repeated.
